What your day will look like

Your Mission

  • Own and achieve revenue targets within your assigned territory, focusing on an existing client portfolio.
  • Manage the full Sales cycle — from client outreach to deal closing.
  • Collaborate closely with the Presales team to understand client requirements and deliver compelling technical and commercial proposals.
  • Proactively nurture and grow long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to support outbound campaigns and other lead generation initiatives.

What You Bring

  • You're outgoing, results-driven, and full of energy — with a hunter mentality and a strong desire to exceed targets.
  • You are also there to care the client and farm the account
  • You are a persuasive communicator with excellent Sales, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • You demonstrate a ‘can-do’ attitude, thrive in autonomy, and are eager to step outside your comfort zone.
  • You are customer-focused, highly responsive, and solution-oriented — always following up and keeping clients engaged.
  • Willingness to travel is needed.
  • Fluency in German (daily working language) and proficiency in English (internal collaboration and growth) — both languages are required.
  • A background in construction is a plus, but not essential.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in SaaS Sales to large accounts
  • You know the sales cycle and how to manage it !
  • You managed large accounts approach by farming and nurturning your accounts

Recruitment Process

  • Case study discussion with your future team
  • Final interview with the Head of Sales
