The Challenge

We seek an Account Executive, Enterprise, responsible for acquiring new clients in zero-base accounts and maintaining successful relationships and revenue growth with existing customers.

As a fast-growing SaaS enterprise platform, we invest heavily in our Sales Team, generating customer interest, following a steady sales process, providing weekly training, and prioritizing customer needs. Our sales executives are dedicated to closing deals effectively.

Your Mission

The Account Executive (AE) will proactively identify and pursue opportunities to enhance customer trust and increase OneTrust’s revenue. Using industry expertise and top-tier value-based sales skills, AEs will craft tailored solutions and solve complex customer challenges. AEs are expected to bring insights and best practices to clients and prospects. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Collaborating with team members to meet or exceed sales quotas.
  2. Engaging in proactive outreach to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  3. Leveraging internal stakeholders to execute sales strategies.
  4. Working cross-functionally with various teams to expand key accounts.
  5. Utilizing discovery and communication skills to understand customer needs and present solutions.
  6. Understanding competitive strategies to differentiate OneTrust’s offerings.
  7. Building strong customer relationships to position OneTrust as a trusted advisor.
  8. Managing a targeted geographic territory effectively.
You Are

A team player with a hunting mentality and a consultative approach, reflecting inquisitiveness, innovation, deal management skills, tenacity, and integrity. Comfortable engaging with C-Level executives, you excel in communication, balancing prospecting with deal progression, and maintaining disciplined sales processes and CRM hygiene.

Your Experience Includes
  1. 4-8 years of experience selling B2B enterprise software or related technologies.
  2. Proven success in solution and value selling.
  3. Track record of acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
  4. Experience delivering sales presentations and demos.
  5. Skilled in contract negotiation to maximize value.
  6. Experience in Privacy, Security, Third-Party Risk, and Compliance.
  7. Direct experience selling to Information Security departments.
  8. CIPP/E or CIPM certification preferred.
  9. Trained in Command of Message.
