This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as an Account Executive, joining our Sales Team in the DACH region. This role is focused on new business development, driving net new sales for Remote.

What you bring
  • Previous experience as an Account Executive in a New Business Role, or related SaaS sales experience preferred
  • Proven success in building key customer relationships, including with decision makers and champions, to drive successful client outcomes, grow accounts, and meet or exceed quotas
  • Native or professional fluency in German; excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • In-depth knowledge of sales processes, with the ability to qualify opportunities, initiate and convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales targets
  • Ability to confidently build an outbound sales pipeline using various channels including cold calls
  • High integrity and strong work ethic
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Efficient in multitasking, prioritization, and time management
  • Deep understanding of our services and industry positioning
  • Ability to build trust and act as an advisor to clients
  • Capability to forecast sales and meet monthly targets
  • Experience in the HR industry is a plus
  • Remote work experience is a plus but not required
Key Responsibilities
  • Create 'Land' opportunity deals with detailed notes and accurate close dates
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas throughout the sales cycle
  • Identify new opportunities and manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing
  • Maintain a clean and current pipeline of high-velocity opportunities
  • Present and communicate effectively with potential clients
  • Proactively address client questions and follow up promptly
  • Collaborate internally with support departments to enhance client experience
  • Close deals efficiently, guiding clients through the process
  • Design solutions that meet the specific needs of small and mid-sized businesses
  • Generate leads through calls, networking, and industry events

Remote Compensation Philosophy

Remote ensures fair, unbiased compensation and competitive benefits globally. Our salary range for this role is $37,475 - $126,550 USD, determined by role, level, location, skills, experience, and market demands. Actual pay depends on various factors and may change.
