Packiro offers the right solutions for these demands, and with your sales expertise, you can build strong partnerships with a wide range of companies.

You will enable businesses, from startups to large corporations, to package their products in a customized, simple, and flexible way. We make it as easy and digital as possible for our partners, leveraging e-commerce and cutting-edge systems such as CRM, automation, and 3D modeling. Your future customers will include coffee roasters, CBD retailers, and major players in the food industry. Thanks to your projects, you’ll see product packaging you helped create in supermarkets, boutiques, and cafés. Shape the future of sales in the DACH region and set new standards in customer acquisition. As an Account Executive DACH (m/f/d), you will play a key role in the success of our growing team. You will identify new business opportunities, strategically acquire new customers, and build long-term partnerships. With your structured, creative, and efficient approach, you will optimize sales processes, identify areas for improvement, and elevate every customer interaction to the next level—making a crucial contribution to our shared success.

Your skills

  • You have a background in business or economics, supported by a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • You bring an entrepreneurial mindset, a sales-driven mentality, and at least three years of experience in sales or business development.
  • You are highly motivated and revenue-driven, with a strong passion for acquiring new customers.
  • You have a structured approach to work and a confident demeanor.
  • You already have some experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce.
  • You possess excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken; additional language skills, such as French, Spanish, or Italian, are a plus.
  • You are passionate about sustainability and eager to drive change in the packaging industry.

Your Challenges

  • You are a key driver and initiator for new customer acquisition in the DACH region.
  • Qualify existing, high-potential leads via phone, email, or on-site visits and guide them to their first purchase. To optimize processes, you will use our CRM tool (Salesforce) to manage your sales success transparently and KPI-driven.
  • Leverage additional lead generation opportunities such as cold calling, industry events, trade fairs, or sector-specific networks to build your own sales funnel. Independently identify and engage potential customers and market opportunities.
  • Drive expansion in the DACH region by continuously bringing new market insights into the Packiro organization.
