Wedia Germany GmbH is looking for an Account Executive DACH (w/m) in permanent full-time employment.

In this responsible position, your main task will be the acquisition and closing of new customers in the DACH market:

  1. You are responsible for the entire sales cycle, from lead management until the conclusion of the sales contract.
  2. You organize prospect meetings generated from our marketing actions as well as your own lead generation initiatives.
  3. Execute customer presentations and identify their challenges and needs.
  4. Manage the RFP response process and write customer proposals with the help of our expert teams, including pre-sales, R&D, and professional services.
  5. Build successful customer relationships while supporting both existing and new customers to ensure loyalty.

Your profile:

You come from digital marketing, agency, asset/content management, or related fields, with 2-5 years of experience, ideally in sales, digital, or marketing, and are eager to take on this exciting challenge:

  • You have a business degree or equivalent training and relevant experience.
  • You are highly motivated by enterprise software sales and account management.
  • Your strengths include a confident, friendly, and competent demeanor. You are open-minded, eager to learn, enjoy interacting with people, and possess strong communication skills.
  • You think and act efficiently with an entrepreneurial spirit and high self-motivation.
  • Excellent command of German and English, both verbal and written (French is a plus).
