Job location: Berlin, DE / Munich, DE / Köln, DE. Only candidates with a valid work permit in the country for which the position resides will be considered.

Since our client's creation in 2018, its growth has been exponential: every month, hundreds of new merchants adopt their solutions and thousands of new customers use it for the first time.

Today, our client works with 19,000+ merchants across 10 European countries. Acquiring new Mid-Market accounts in international markets is a key focus.

As an Account Executive Mid-Market for the DACH market, you will support merchants interested in installing their solutions and discovering their challenges. This role offers a crucial opportunity to expand the customer base and directly contribute to their sales success.

About the mission

As an Account Executive Mid-Market for the DACH market, your main responsibilities include:

  1. Managing the entire sales cycle (Outbound & Inbound) of new Mid-Market accounts (turnovers between €10M-€250M), from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and contract signing.
  2. Engaging with C-Level Executives as a trusted advisor to navigate challenges and demonstrate the value of solutions.
  3. Representing our client at trade shows and conferences in the DACH region and across Europe.
  4. Contributing to internal process optimization to support scalability.
  5. Maximizing the client's take rate by ensuring merchants are fully optimized after activation.
Requirements
About you
Your Experience:
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in similar roles, with a proven track record in B2B mid-market software sales.
  • Native German and fluent in English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Deep knowledge of the full sales cycle, including negotiation and contract signing.
Your Skills:
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: identify growth opportunities, develop plans, and execute independently.
  • Hunter mindset: proven success in outbound sales, top 10% performer.
  • Strong analytical skills.
