Account Executive - DACH Berlin 50-70k Base, 95-130k OTE + Great Benefits
Our client, recognised as one of the world’s best companies to work for, offers a leading CRM platform used in over 120 countries. Their innovative platform supports sales, marketing, and customer service, and is highly regarded for its scalability and versatility. To strengthen their top-performing DACH team, they are seeking a fluent German and English-speaking Account Executive to join their ranks.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive growth within the territory.
Identify and nurture new business opportunities through both inbound and self-sourced leads.
Conduct qualification meetings with C-level executives to understand client needs.
Close deals and deliver revenue within either the SMB or Mid-Market sectors.
Engage multiple stakeholders throughout the sales process.
Partner with marketing and technology teams to refine and optimise sales strategies.
Lead online product demonstrations and occasional in-person presentations.
Leverage support from marketing and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
Required Skills & Experience:
2-5 years in a quota-carrying sales role, with proven success.
Fluency in German and English.
Experience in managing complex sales cycles and engaging C-level stakeholders.
Proficiency in pipeline management and forecasting.
A results-driven mindset with a history of exceeding targets.
Familiarity with standardised sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Sandler, Spin).
Technically savvy, adaptable, and eager to grow.
Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
Account Executive Rewards:
A base salary of 40-60k
First-year achievable OTE of 75-115k
