Azeus Convene, a leading IT services provider, is expanding its Business Development team to support the Convene Board Management Software. We seek experienced candidates in IT sales who can build customer relationships and manage sales processes effectively in a dynamic environment.

Qualifikationen

  • 3 - 6 years’ experience in IT sales.
  • Strong background in board management software is advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player.

Azeus is a leading IT services provider, renowned for delivering high-quality software solutions to global clients. We’re a Hong Kong based digital governance solution company and a digital ESG reporting software provider.

We are currently expanding our Business Development team to support our Convene Board Management Software, which aims to support our clients in a secure shared digital space for directors to access information and empower board governance. The team will continue to grow over the next years as we expand our market and grow our clients. We are looking for candidates with relevant experience in IT Sales.

The main responsibilities are:

  • Build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and manage pre-sales activities through product demonstrations, advising on bid preparation, supporting with product pricing, and realizing business plan targets.
  • Provide onboarding of our Convene platform to clients.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, including pursuing sales leads and prospective clients within our CRM.
  • Attend trade shows interstate (if required).
  • Deliver customer presentations and proposals, negotiate, and close business deals.
  • Maintain awareness of legislation and best practices.
  • Provide updates on sales leads to Senior Management.

Requirements

  • 3 - 6 years’ experience in IT sales.
  • Good to have: Strong background/knowledge of board management software.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
