A leading technology solutions provider is seeking an Account Executive to grow their Automated Mobility Solutions Portfolio in Tier 1 telecommunications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex solution selling, fluency in English and German, and an understanding of service provider network operations. This full-time position is mostly home office based in Germany, with responsibilities including developing sales strategies and managing customer relationships.

Develop sales strategy & account plan for strategic accounts.
Plans and successfully execute sales strategies to:
meet/exceed agreed sales quota.
strategically develop customer relationship and grow business.
Provide customer trends & competitor information, adjusting plans and strategies as required.
Monthly sales forecasting and reporting.
Work with division product line management to develop the best products for our customers.
Deal with key negotiations personally as necessary.
Support and liaise with in-country team of Solution Engineers & Service Delivery Manager.
Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:
Sales experience in technology related industry.
Fluent English and German (oral / written).
Good understanding of Wireless and Wireline Telecom technologies.
Good understanding of Service Provider Network operations.
Understanding of digital transformation processes and strategies.
Strong business sense and Industry knowledge of the European service providers.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Excellent customer relationship management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel throughout Europe.
