As an Account Executive for OpenText Analytics, our AI-powered analytics and machine learning platform, you will be at the forefront of transforming how organizations make data-driven decisions. Focused on customers across Germany, your mission is to drive new business and grow existing accounts by delivering intelligent analytics solutions that turn data into actionable insight. You'll work with a mix of business and IT leaders to showcase how OpenText Analytics empowers smarter operations and real-time decision-making helping customers unlock the true value of their data.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within Germany, Austria and Switzerland focusing on AI, analytics, and data management use cases.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives in both business and IT.
  • Manage a robust pipeline, upselling and cross-selling Magellan solutions into existing OpenText customers.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams PreSales, Marketing, Product, and Partners to deliver tailored proposals and compelling demos.
  • Stay on top of industry trends in Analytics, AI, ML, and business intelligence to position OpenText Analytics effectively against competitors.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Fluent in English and German
  • Proven track record in enterprise software sales, particularly in analytics, AI, or business intelligence platforms.
  • Strong experience managing complex sales cycles and exceeding quota targets.
  • Ability to communicate technical value to both business users and IT stakeholders.
  • Skilled in developing account strategies, identifying needs, and building strong customer relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced understanding of the data analytics landscape is a plus.
