BUSINESS UNIT

POSITION

We are looking for a talented and competitive Account Executive DACH - Lodging as a Service (all genders) who thrives in a fast-paced and rapidly growing company. The position holder will play a key role in achieving ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished sales executive with a proven track record of bringing in new clients and exceeding quotas. The position will be located in Germany.

CHALLENGE
  • Target, approach, and acquire new high-value customers by understanding their strategic requirements and objectives.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of travel solutions and support potential customers with a consultative sales approach to align with their internal strategies.
  • Ensure all sales activities follow best practices by engaging and collaborating across departments and teams.
  • Act as the primary contact for market competitor activity and customer intelligence.
  • Manage the company CRM to ensure accurate recording of customer activities and data for reporting and analytics.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the customer and its subsidiaries, supported by operational teams and solution experts.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of HRS Lodging as a Service (LaaS) and operate as an entrepreneurial figure within HRS.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • A university degree, preferably in business administration.
  • Experience in consultative sales or business development within SaaS, Professional Services, or Start-up environments (industry knowledge is a plus but not required).
  • Enjoys high performance in fast-changing environments.
  • High self-motivation, proactiveness, forward thinking, and assertiveness to manage customer expectations and internal collaboration.
  • Ability to build a long-term senior stakeholder network within customer organizations.
  • Data analysis skills to proactively derive strategic initiatives for customer success.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record.
  • Business acumen and market trend awareness.
  • Problem-solving skills, creativity, and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Empathy, integrity, resilience, and tact in stakeholder interactions.
  • Fluent in German and English, spoken and written.
