A leading technology firm in Munich seeks an experienced Account Executive focusing on the German Mittelstand. You will drive net-new business by selling AI-enabled tools and manage a sales pipeline for medium-sized enterprises. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of SaaS sales experience, fluency in German and English, and a strong background in solution selling. As an Account Executive with focus on the German Mittelstand at Demodesk, you will drive net-new business by selling our AI-enabled meetings, coaching, and transcription tools. You will build and own a pipeline of medium-sized enterprises (typically ~€10-200M revenue, non-enterprise but beyond small business), deeply understand how AI tools deliver value in sales to these customers, and close deals end-to-end. You are fluent in German (native) and English, have deep experience selling SaaS into the German Mittelstand, and bring strong skills in value-based / solution selling.
