The Role

As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you'll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle for mid-sized organisations across the DACH region. You’ll work to close new business, expand existing accounts, and deliver real value to clients in one of Cybersecurity’s hottest companies.

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Own the full sales cycle – from initial discovery through to negotiation and close
  • Target mid-sized accounts across DACH with a consultative, solution-led approach
  • Collaborate with SDRs and marketing to drive a strong pipeline
  • Deliver compelling demos and value propositions tailored to customer pain points
  • Work cross-functionally with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term value
  • Accurately forecast and exceed quarterly quotas

What Success Looks Like : Establishing trusted relationships with mid-market decision-makers and becoming a key contributor to regional / European ARR growth.

What You’ll Bring :

  • 2+ years of full-cycle closing experience in SaaS (ideally in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or complex B2B solutions)
  • Strong track record of hitting or exceeding quota in mid-market sales
  • Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-starter with the discipline to thrive in a remote-first , high-performance environment
