Qualifikationen

The primary responsibility of the Account Executive is to drive sales with existing and new customers both direct and through partners.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Responsible for the achievement of associated territory sales quotas: software and services.
  • Uncover, develop and lead all sales activities for the sale of Calabrio products, additional applications, and renewed maintenance within the existing customer base.
  • Continually build a strong sales pipeline of well-qualified revenue opportunities.
  • Identify key stakeholders, build and develop strong relationships with them, fostering a high level of trust.
  • Effectively manage opportunities through Salesforce.com.
  • Exhibit strong strategic thinking, initiative, and high activity level.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in B2B cloud-based software sales.
  • Direct sales experience in WFO/Call Center industry, highly preferred.
  • Fluency in German and English is a requirement.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%.
