Qualifikationen

  • 5 to 7+ years of experience in sales or account management, ideally in B2B SaaS, mobility, or transportation tech.
  • Strong ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals.
  • Fluent in English; German is highly preferred.

Our client is a fast-growing software company providing innovative digital solutions for the transportation and mobility sector. With a strong technological backbone and a clear customer-first approach, they are transforming how transport operators optimize their operations across Europe and beyond.

The Role

We are looking for a high-performing Account Manager to drive growth across several strategic regions (DACH, Benelux, Nordics, or others depending on experience). This is a hunter role, with the responsibility to open new accounts , build strong client relationships , and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure and account development

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify and win new business opportunities in assigned territories.
  • Manage end-to-end sales process : prospecting, demos, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Understand clients’ operational challenges and present relevant software solutions.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Regular reporting of pipeline, forecast and market feedback to the sales leadership team.
  • Travel across assigned regions as required.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7+ years of proven experience in sales or account management roles, ideally in B2B SaaS , mobility , transportation , or logistics tech .
  • Strong hunter DNA – proactive, persistent, and driven by targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English; German is highly preferred. Additional European languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel across European markets as needed.
