Role
  • Delivering sales in the DACH Mid-Market / Small Enterprise market, with typical deal sizes ranging from $50k to $150k.
  • Approximately one-third of the pipeline is self-generated, with two-thirds from BDRs, Marketing, and Partners.
  • Salary is flexible, circa €85-95k base with double OTE, plus a €12k car allowance.
  • Half-year accelerators of 25%.
  • Focus on land and expand sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Mid-market SaaS sales experience selling multi-faceted solutions into multiple verticals, typically for larger companies.
  • Experience closing deals of similar value ($50k-$150k) and managing annual quotas around $1 million.
  • Comfortable with mid-length and longer sales cycles (3-12 months).
  • Fluent in German.
  • Passes the good person test!
