DACH Account Executive – AI Software Solutions (Remote or Hybrid : Netherlands / Germany)

About the Account Executive :

We're looking for an ambitious Account Executive to drive growth in the DACH region. In this role, you will :

  • Lead and manage the full sales cycle with mid-market and enterprise clients
  • Communicate with prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, and beyond
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions with a consultative sales approach
  • Handle solution crafting, pricing strategies, and contract negotiation
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and tech teams to maximize value delivery

The Account Executive Will Bring :

  • 3–10 years of B2B sales experience (ideally in tech, SaaS, or software solutions)
  • Highly advantageous if sold in the Document Solutions, Document Automation, ECM, MPS arena
  • Native-level German and solid English skills
  • A strong appetite for winning new business and closing new logos
  • A proactive mindset and creative approach to outbound sales
  • Experience in international sales or sectors such as Financial Services, Logistics, Retail, or ERP / Accounting is a plus

  • Full-time (40 hours) or part-time (32 hours) position
  • Competitive base salary between €3,500 and €5,500 per month
