Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads, conduct product demos, and convert leads into customers
  • Consistently close new business to meet targets
  • Engage with decision-makers and conduct complex negotiations
  • Build relationships with potential customers and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams to refine the sales strategy

Key Requirements

  • 2+ years of strong sales experience, with excellent business acumen and commercial awareness
  • Proven experience in digital transformation and B2B SaaS sales

  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Fluent in German (DACH focus) and English (international company)
