As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding the client’s footprint in a greenfield market. Working with a dynamic and passionate sales team, you’ll focus on generating new business and building long-term relationships. Your goal will be to introduce a complex and innovative product to new customers, pioneering change in an emerging market category.
Identify and engage potential customers through outbound and inbound activities.
Conduct discovery calls first to understand client needs and introduce the company’s solutions.

Qualify leads and opportunities by presenting through demos and use case deep-dives.
Build a robust pipeline by creating qualified opportunities.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
Strong understanding of CAx tools and their applications in engineering.
Proven experience in sales, particularly in pitching complex, technical products.
Ability to conduct presentations with confidence and engage audiences at industry events.
A proactive, solution-driven mindset with a passion for identifying and nurturing opportunities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering or a related topic
German language proficiency to communicate effectively with local customers and stakeholders.
