Your Role :

As an Account Executive, you will develop your assigned territory, focusing on specific industries, geographies, or segments, including existing clients and prospects, such as Financial Services, Healthcare, and Energy.

This role offers opportunities to enhance your solution-selling skills with prominent clients. Support is provided through Business Development Representatives, Alliances & Pre-Sales teams, Account Managers, and Marketing.

Responsibilities :
  1. Create and Develop: Implement your "Territory Plan" and detailed account strategies.
  2. Identify and Build Relationships: Engage with existing and potential clients in your vertical.
  3. Craft Compelling Value Propositions: Present solutions that support clients' digitization initiatives.
  4. Manage the Sales Cycle: Oversee all sales phases from prospecting to closing.
  5. Coordinate Internal Support: Collaborate with internal teams.
  6. Participate in Industry Events: Represent DiliTrust at events like Legal Week in New York.
  7. Experience: 4+ years in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles in enterprise software.
  8. Experience selling SaaS solutions.
  9. Track record of exceeding quotas and revenue goals.
  10. Proficiency with CRM software.
  11. Bilingual in English and German.
Desired Skills :
  1. Ability to independently manage territory plans and align solutions with customer needs.
  2. Experience working with executive stakeholders and strong communication skills.
  3. Self-motivated, energetic, results-driven, with a focus on sales growth.
