As the first hire in a brand-new territory, you’ll be at the forefront of opening our presence in the DACH region. You won’t just be closing deals—you’ll be laying the foundation for long-term success. You’ll build, experiment, and shape the future of our go-to-market strategy in this greenfield market.   • Own the entire sales cycle, from outreach and discovery to close—every win is yours to lead.
  • Identify and engage high-potential customers, navigating both transactional and consultative sales processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product to localize messaging, surface insights, and help us refine our offering for the DACH market.
  • Develop and execute creative outbound strategies to generate pipeline in a brand-new region.
  • Act as the voice of the market internally, sharing key trends, feedback, and customer needs to help inform strategic decisions.
  • Track performance and key metrics while constantly iterating on what works best.
  • Bring entrepreneurial energy and drive—this is a rare chance to make a measurable impact, fast.
Requirements:

What you bring to the table:

  • 3+ years of closing experience in tech/SaaS sales, ideally within the German market, with a proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Native German speaker (must), fluent in English
  • Proactive and resourceful—you don’t wait for opportunities, you create them
  • Strong network within the tech ecosystem, with the ability to leverage connections to drive pipelines and open doors
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills; comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
  • Detail Oriented and excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal—with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
