Job Description:

As we’re moving (and growing) fast, we’re looking for like-minded people who want to shake things up with us. We’d love for you to join our international team in Munich as Account Director (m/f/d).

Please note, that this role is a maternity cover and comes with a one-year fixed-term contract

As Account Director you will:

• Successfully lead one or several client relationships
• Get a client briefing and make the project happen – from start to finish. This includes understanding client needs, coordinating team efforts, organizing projects, assisting with productions, budgeting & cost estimates, scheduling, resource management, and defining clear actions… you know the drill. And the drill even excites you
• Communicate clear milestones to everyone involved, including any potential obstacles that could hinder successful project delivery
• Have a strong financial, analytical, and creative understanding
• Identify new opportunities with existing and new clients
• Advise clients on strategic decisions and project scope
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships across the agency, the client, and any partners involved
• Help shape our agency culture

Qualifications

What we’d like you to bring:

• At least five years’ experience working in a marketing agency or dynamic client environment
• A Can-Do attitude and a proactive approach to making things happen
• Ability to run projects independently from start to finish
• A passion for project delivery, budgeting, and process management
• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
• Team player: being nice & fair to everyone you work with
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn new skills
• Ability to engage and lead clients and project teams
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
