Jung von Matt in Germany is looking for an Account Director (d/f/m) for our INDUSTRY Unit with a focus on B2B clients and complex brand environments. You will drive campaigns and guide projects from concept to delivery, ensuring on-time and on-budget results while coordinating interdisciplinary teams.

Fluency in German and English is required; you will lead strategic consulting, client management, and presentations, shaping campaigns with strong market insight and customer focus.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in business administration, media, economics or communication sciences or comparable education.
• At least 7 years of hands-on experience in project management, ideally in an agency.
• Strong understanding of B2B clients, markets and brands.

What you score with:

• An extensive customer-, market- and brand understanding, for B2B clients
• Sound experience in campaign processes - briefing, calculation and especially production experience
• You like working in a team and you are a proactive, strong communicator
• You are familiar with the useof project management tools and agile working methods
• You feel confident in running meetings, presenting and corresponding and for steering meetings in the right direction
• You are very well organized and you easily maintain an overview
