You will oversee integrated campaigns, align strategy with creative, production, media and project management, and drive growth through proactive consulting while managing budgets and resources across multiple teams.

Qualificações

• Leading and developing national and international client accounts on both a strategic and operational level.

• Supporting pitches, proposal development and agency growth initiatives.
• Contributing to the development and optimization of internal workflows, collaboration models and operational standards.
• Leading, mentoring and developing team members and interns.

• You are fluent in German and English.
