We are looking for a results-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist to join our team and accelerate the growth of our board portal software business within the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region. The ABM Specialist will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing targeted marketing campaigns aimed at specific high-value accounts, working closely with our sales team to deliver qualified leads and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and manage targeted ABM campaigns tailored specifically to our priority accounts in the DACH region.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and SDR teams to identify target accounts, develop tailored messaging, and execute strategic outreach.
  • Create engaging and localized content including emails, LinkedIn/Xing messages, presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and testimonials.
  • Organize and execute webinars, virtual events, and other digital marketing activities to engage target accounts and drive pipeline growth.
  • Analyze campaign performance, measure ROI, and regularly report insights to improve future initiatives.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO, content updates, and social media presence (LinkedIn, Xing) to enhance visibility and market positioning.
  • Build strong internal relationships with sales, customer success, and partner management teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign impact.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing roles, ideally in B2B SaaS, technology, or professional services.
  • Proven experience with Account-Based Marketing strategies and execution.
  • Excellent content creation skills (copywriting, case studies, presentation design).
  • Experience running digital campaigns, events, webinars, and lead-generation activities.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Xing).
  • Strong analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Exceptional communication skills (German & English).
