SRH Hochschule Heidelberg is one of the oldest and largest private universities in Germany. It is state recognized and accredited by the German Council of Science and Humanities. Currently, 3,000 students are enrolled across six schools. The university offers future-oriented courses in economics, computer science, media and design, engineering, social sciences, legal sciences, therapeutic sciences, and psychology. Students learn purposefully and independently through the CORE study concept, which combines scientific and practice-based thematic units to prepare students for professional life.

We are seeking an Academic Employee (f/m/d) focused on teaching for our new Hamburg campus, starting as soon as possible on a full-time basis. The position is initially limited to two years.

Your profile:
  • Completed university studies (Master of Science or doctorate preferred) in a relevant field.
  • Experience in teaching and research in applied data science, with openness to new technologies.
  • Practical knowledge and teaching experience with programming languages such as Python and R.
  • Experience with tools like Tableau and OpenRefine.
  • Relevant publications in these areas.
  • An independent and responsible working style.
  • Excellent English skills, high intercultural and social competence.
