The opportunity
As the Academic Dean of Online Product Health you will manage the vision, strategic leadership needed for growing an assigned online academic portfolio of Southern New Hampshire University's online Global Campus (GC). You will lead the health, relevance, and performance of academic programs through interdepartmental and university-wide collaboration for product development, product content, program management, and subject matter expert management.
Reporting to the Academic Associate Vice Present, Business and STEM Programs, you will lead a team of Senior Associate Deans.

Compensation
The annual pay range for this position is $110,590.00 - $176,978.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $122,202.00 - $165,333.00.Exceptional benefits (because you’re exceptional)
