Dein Profil

• Completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/w/d), or further qualification as a logistics master (m/w/d), or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in logistics, ideally with large or heavy load components.
• Experience in leading teams or departments, combined with a hands-on mentality.
• Knowledge in customs, load securing, and international transport.
• Technical understanding and a good sense for workflows and processes.
• Proficiency with warehouse management and ERP systems.
• Good command of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style.
• Good communication skills in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to undertake occasional business trips to Bad Wünnenberg-Haaren.

Deine Aufgaben

• Lead and strategically develop the logistics department for large components and returns across locations, including the central warehouse in Büdelsdorf and the site in Bad Wünnenberg-Haaren.
• Collaborate closely with team leaders, other department heads, and the logistics manager.
• Coordinate teams, promote staff development, and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Manage cross-departmental interfaces and communication.
• Responsible for departmental goals set in collaboration with senior management.
• Identify improvement potentials and actively implement process optimizations.
• Contribute to strategic site development and logistics-related investments.
