In our A320neo factory in Hamburg, you will be responsible for managing production and inspection teams ensuring product quality at the targeted cost to the business.
You will also ensure the advancement of the production line according to the continuous improvement plan and assure customer satisfaction in terms of quality, cost, and delivery.
You will be responsible for ensuring that SAFRAN Group HSE and SMS rules and standards are properly applied in your area.
You will be in relation with Airbus on a daily basis to align on production planning and deliveries.
You will work closely with other functions on the Hamburg site, led by the General Manager.
This position is based in Hamburg and reports both at site level (General Manager in Hamburg) and at business level (A320neo operations in Toulouse).

Complementary Description

You will manage 2 shop floor managers (team of 30 persons) and 1 final inspection manager (6 persons).

Job Requirements

You have at least 5 years of experience in the aerospace industry with a successful experience in production management.
