Bugatti Rimac in Berlin is seeking an experienced A-Class exterior modeller to transform design intent into precise ICEM Surf data.

You will collaborate closely with design and engineering, input parts and issues, and ensure surface quality meets project phase requirements.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in Exterior modelling or Interior modelling.
• Expert knowledge of ICEM Surf.
• German language knowledge welcome.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Fluent English is required.

Aufgaben

• Create high quality, accurate A-Class ICEM data that reflects the design intent.
• Maintain a close synergy between design and engineering.
• Collaborate with engineers and input parts and issues (e.g., sections, tooling, draft angles, min radii).
• Consider engineering, design, and legal requirements independently and targeted.
• Ensure surface quality aligns with project phase requirements.
• Advise and suggest solutions to design or engineering issues.
• Research alternative solutions for open topics.
• Complete tasks within defined project targets.
• Support during development phases and series production.

Regular Tasks

• Create high quality, accurate A-Class ICEM data that reflects the design intent
• Maintain a close synergy between design and engineering
• Collaborating with engineers and gathering correct input for parts and issues i.e. typical sections, tooling and draft angles, min radii etc.
• Consider engineering, design, and legal requirements in an independent and targeted way
• Ensure the surface quality correlates with the requirements for the relevant project phase

Occasional Tasks

• Advise and suggest solutions to overcome design or engineering issues
• Research alternative solutions for open topics (Make up for missing inputs)
• Complete tasks within defined project targets
• Ensure feasibility and support during development phases and series production

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Exterior and/or Interior modelling
• Expert knowledge of ICEM Surf
• Team player with willingness to travel occasionally
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of various production and tooling methods
• Problem solving approach
• Independent and self-organized approach to work
• German language and further CAD knowledge is welcome
