Your Mission

You’ll take freshly printed shoes and get them ready for quality inspection — cleaning them up by hand, removing any excess material, and making sure every component looks and feels right before it moves down the line. This is careful, hands-on work where consistency and attention to detail matter most.

What You’ll Do

• Clean and prepare 3D-printed shoe components by hand — removing excess material, strings, and surface residue
• Follow existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) while helping contribute to making improvements for training and high-quality products
• Spot and flag visible defects like cracks, warping, or surface imperfections before they move further down the line
• Follow established finishing procedures and meet daily production targets
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe
• Work closely with the production team to keep things moving smoothly
