Job Description:

This is a fixed-term 12-month contract. Make a splash as a 3D Artist on FuturLab’s award-winning PowerWash Simulator!

We’re seeking a passionate 3D artist to create stylish environments and distinctive in-game objects. Join our collaborative art team where asset creation and level design intersect.

PowerWash Simulator was a hit in Early Access and released in July 2022. Join us to contribute to its ongoing success with regular updates and collaborations, including legendary locations like Midgar and Croft Manor. We’re looking for a talented artist eager to leave their mark on our universe.

As a 3D Artist, you will:

• Collaborate with the Lead Artist to develop assets and props.
• Work creatively with the design team to ensure environments and objects enhance the player experience.

Requirements

• Experience in shipping at least one game as an artist.
• Strong understanding of art fundamentals like lighting and shape.
• Proficiency with 3DS Max, Maya, Blender, Substance Designer/Painter, or Zbrush; experience with Blender is a plus.
• Ability to create efficient, game-ready models with good UV layouts and optimized geometry.
• Experience with Unity.
• Understanding of game design and development processes.
• Ability to work independently and in small teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated and diligent.
• A passion for creating art.
