Company Overview:

Leonhardt Manufacturing is continually interested in meeting skilled employees to add to our team. Candidates with tube bending, welding, metal fabrication, CNC machining, and metal polishing experience are encouraged to submit a resume for consideration.

Leonhardt Manufacturing is looking to fill 2nd Shift Machine Operator positions. Machine Operators operate machines requiring a normal amount of skill to change the shape or conditioning of new materials.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Observes operation of machine and verifies conformance of machined part to specifications using the "In Process Check Sheet" (Green Sheet)
2. Checks for any quality alerts in their respective areas (Light Booths)
3. Follows the production control board for run quantities
4. Keeps area clean and clutter free
5. Recognizes and able to make minor adjustments to program to correct part fitment or appearance
6. Performs quality checks as per the "In Process Check Sheet" (Green Sheet)
7. Follows daily operating plan for the machine which includes safety and mechanical checks

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or GED preferred
2. Previous manufacturing experience a must
3. Previous CNC experience is preferred
4. Accuracy and attention to detail is important
5. Ability to meet and exceed productivity standards
6. Observes and adheres to policies and procedures
7. Demonstrates dependability
8. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
