Overview

We are currently looking for a 2nd Line Support (Application Maintenance) (m/f/d) 100% remote with experience in app monitoring for a customer in the chemical industry.

Your Tasks

• Monitoring system operational metrics via AWS console, datadog and kibana
• React to anomalies with actions such as restarting pods, replaying messages, or increasing disk space
• Proactively introduce additional monitoring metrics based on system health and product-related indicators
• Prepare reports based on API usage and database queries

Your Profile

• Education as an IT specialist or a similar qualification
• Experience in app monitoring via the AWS Console
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
• Proactive, open-minded, and able to address and resolve difficult situations quickly
