1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Recruitment.
2. Experience working on both Perm and C2H mandates. Training delivery experience is preferred.
3. Domestic Recruitment experience in IT training.
4. Design and deliver training courses in information technology.
5. Conduct training needs analysis.
6. Define the skill sets needed for different roles.
7. Perform performance assessments to identify skills gaps.
8. Design training programs to address skill gaps.
