We are looking for international talent to go on a 18-months VIE/International Assignment to start in September 2025 in Düsseldorf, Germany!

About the VIE/International Assignment program :

* The VIE program, is available to CITIZENS OF THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland and Monaco) aged 29 years or under.
*Due to fiscal reasons, applicants must not have worked in Austria before (internship, working student or job)!
*Please note that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking team members at L'Oréal worldwide.

So what will you do at L'Oréal DACH?

To strengthen our Marketing Strategy for the Vichy brand in our Active Cosmetics Division, we are looking for a Junior Product Managment VIE, who will take part of our Team in the German-Austrian HQ in Düsseldorf:

Your responsibilities :

* Development of a deep understanding of Consumers, Brand, Market and Retail, Trends and Insights through market and competitors analysis;
* Active collaboration with DMI and International teams to reflect category interests and needs in product planning
* Project Ownership on Category/ Seasonal Animation: from the operational to the strategic planning
* Sell-Out analysis and support on competitor deepdives

About you:

* You are a graduate of an economics degree and have already gained relevant practical experience and abroad during your studies;
* You are fluent in English, German knwoledge would be considered as a plus;

* You are open to change, analyze successes and failures for indications for improvement and try everything to come to solutions;
