Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically as a wealth management professional serving clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint that consistently ranks among the world's top financial institutions? We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2025 Global Wealth Management Graduate Talent Program.

You’ll get to

1. collaborate with different colleagues and teams on strategic projects with a goal of improving our client experience and driving engagement.
2. Build an understanding of our industry, culture, and strategy, while learning about how we operate to effectively meet the needs of our clients.
3. Develop professionally by establishing a network of mentors and business contacts we believe are some of the best in the business.
4. Attend educational events led by senior leaders that provide extensive exposure and insight into the business.

Your team

You’ll be working in our Global Wealth Management team in Stuttgart. We're a dynamic, forward-thinking group, perfectly positioned within the German Mittelstand. We provide advice-based solutions to deliver products and services designed to address the needs of high and ultra-high net worth individuals and families. We’ve successfully built the number one wealth management franchise in the world. You’ll work with the best talent in the industry, as we help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

1. is graduating between September 2023 and September 2025.
2. has a 2.1 (or equivalent) in their first undergraduate degree.
3. has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative.
4. is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
5. is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.
