Job Description:
Are you passionate about e-Commerce and eager to learn more? Do you want to take on responsibility early in your career and oversee projects independently? Join Amazon and make history with us! We are looking for highly motivated, analytically-minded graduates to participate in our Amazon Graduate E-Commerce Trainee Program in Munich starting in April 2025.

As an Amazon Graduate E-Commerce Trainee, you will explore various opportunities within Vendor Management (Retail) or Partner Management (Marketplace). The 24-month program includes support from senior leaders, experts, and mentors, providing practical experience in a dynamic, international environment through on-the-job training. You will rotate through different teams, gaining insights into various Amazon divisions, with rotations tailored to your skills and goals. Each rotation involves strategic projects aimed at enhancing customer experience. Upon completion, you will be prepared for roles in our Vendor or Partner Management teams.

Program Details:
• Start: April 2025
• Duration: 24 months, four rotations

• Paths: Vendor Management (Retail) or Partner Management (Marketplace)
• Rotation areas include Advertising, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Prime, Amazon Business, Amazon Fresh, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Management (Retail):
Manage relationships with strategic suppliers and product categories, negotiate, make business decisions, and develop marketing strategies.
Collaborate with teams across Product Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance to improve customer experience.
Understand retail business processes.

Partner Management (Marketplace):
Support retailers to succeed on Amazon, develop long-term partnerships, and communicate with decision-makers.
Advise and develop online business strategies, optimize marketing campaigns, and develop logistics solutions.
Conduct data analysis for strategic projects and present findings to management.

Basic Qualifications:
• Enrolled in final year of Master’s in Business Administration (preferably Sales, Purchasing, Logistics), Business Informatics, or similar OR graduated within the last 24 months.
• At least one internship, preferably in E-Commerce, Consulting, Sales, or Logistics.
• Experience in international environments.
• Fluent in English and German, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills for advising internal and external contacts.
• High commitment and initiative.
• Quick to work with numbers and data.
• Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
