We are seeking highly motivated, analytically-minded graduates for our Amazon Graduate E-Commerce Trainee Program in Munich starting October 2025.

As a Graduate E-Commerce Trainee, you'll explore opportunities in Vendor Management (Retail) or Partner Management (Marketplace). Over 24 months, supported by leaders and mentors, you'll gain practical experience in a dynamic, international environment through on-the-job training and rotations across various teams. This program is designed to prepare you for a role in our Vendor or Partner Management teams.

• Paths: Vendor Management (Retail) or Partner Management (Marketplace)
• Rotations in areas like Advertising, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Prime Management, Amazon Business, Amazon Fresh, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Management (Retail) Focus:

• Manage relationships with strategic suppliers and product categories
• Negotiate, develop marketing strategies, and make business decisions

Partner Management (Marketplace) Focus:

• Support and develop retailer partnerships
• Develop sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and logistics solutions
• Analyze data and present insights to management

Basic Qualifications:

• Enrolled in final year of Master’s in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or similar, or graduated within 24 months
• At least one internship in E-Commerce, Consulting, Sales, or Logistics
• Experience in international environments
• Fluent in English and German
• Proficient in Excel
