We seek highly motivated, analytically-minded graduates for our Amazon Graduate E-Commerce Trainee Program in Munich starting April 2025.

As an Amazon Graduate E-Commerce Trainee, you'll explore opportunities in Vendor Management (Retail) or Partner Management (Marketplace). Over 24 months, supported by senior leaders, experts, and mentors, you'll gain practical experience in a dynamic, international environment through on-the-job training. Rotations across various teams will help you understand different Amazon divisions, tailored to your skills and goals. You'll engage in strategic projects to improve customer experience, preparing you for a role in our Vendor or Partner Management teams.

Program Details:

• Start: April 2025
• Duration: 24 months, four rotations
• Location: Munich
• Paths: Vendor Management (Retail) or Partner Management (Marketplace)
• Rotations in areas like Advertising, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Prime, Amazon Business, Amazon Fresh, etc.
• Ownership of business units and projects from Day 1
• Mentoring and training opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Management (Retail) Focus:

• Manage relationships with strategic suppliers or product categories
• Negotiate, make business decisions, develop marketing strategies
• Collaborate with international teams to enhance customer experience
• Learn retail business processes

Partner Management (Marketplace) Focus:

• Support retailers internationally to succeed on Amazon
• Advise dealers, develop online business strategies
• Create marketing campaigns, optimize logistics
• Conduct data analysis and present findings to management

Basic Qualifications:

• Master's degree
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Internship experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, VBA, etc.)
