Qualifikationen

• Erfahrung im Verkauf und in Verhandlungstechniken ist erforderlich.

Bulgari (Deutschland) GmbH is searching for our boutique in Stuttgart in the Breuninger Store as of February 2024.

Full-time

Your accountabilities:

1. Manage autonomously sales related to all categories of products sold in the store.
2. Manage the relation with the customer during the whole process from customer welcome at store to payment.
3. Input customer and sales data into the proper software system.
4. Perform packaging on request for items sold.
5. Create, develop and manage a solid network of high level and loyal clientele.
6. Organize visual merchandising material, prepare shelves/windows according to Bulgari guidelines.
7. Take in charge items to repair brought back by customers and fill in the proper repair slip performing a brief interview on the item damage.
8. Fluent in German and English (C1) plus other language (Chinese, Russian, Arabian).
9. Expertise in sales and negotiation techniques.
10. Excellent organization and administrative skills.
11. Customer orientation, flexibility and ownership.
12. Initiative, communication and business awareness.
13. Networking and good team player.
14. Ability to negotiate at high level.
