In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die IT-Systeme, kommunizieren freundlich mit Kunden und automatisieren IT-Prozesse. We are IT.EckSe GmbH, a young and growing company that operates as an IT system house and managed service provider. We primarily support law and tax firms in all aspects of IT. This includes network administration as well as application support for various software solutions.

Your main tasks will include the initial acceptance and processing of IT inquiries, the careful documentation of support cases and assisting our customers in solving technical problems.

Your Daily Responsibilities Include

  • Taking over operational responsibility for our customers' IT
  • Friendly communication with our customers
  • Support of our customers' IT systems via remote maintenance
  • Detailed documentation in our wiki
  • User support for IT issues by phone, email and remote maintenance
  • Automation of IT service processes (e.g. updates, patch management)
  • Streamlining IT services so that we can provide comprehensive support for more IT systems in less time
