ETrusted is seeking a 1st Level Product Support to enhance its Product Support Unit. In this role, you will engage directly with customers to assist with trusted shops functionalities and technical queries, while leveraging your Customer service skills and knowledge of web technologies. As part of a dynamic team, you will work hybrid in Cologne or remotely from anywhere in Germany, providing essential support to our client base.

To expand our Product Support Unit, we are looking for a
1st Level Product Support (f/m/d) - Fluent in Dutch
(Hybrid in Cologne or remote in Germany/ full-time/ permanent contract in Germany)
Your tasks
You will become one of our product experts and do everything to ensure that our customers integrate the Trusted Shops functions as fast as possible into their online shops (in cooperation with the Customer Success Management or the 2nd Level Product Support)
Be in direct contact with our customers either by email, video call, or telephone and answer their technical queries, for example concerning the functionality and integration of Trusted Shops products in a wide range of shop software systems in English and Dutch
You will advise our customers by providing simple source code modifications: for example, support them in displaying the Trustbadge (widget) at the desired position in their online shop
Occasionally, you will assist our customers when taking their first steps on the Trusted Shops platform and explain to them the available functions
Your Profile
First professional experience in a Customer service-related field combined with the ability to understand complex technological correlations
Basic knowledge of HTML is a must; additional knowledge of CSS or JavaScript is a plus
Ideally, first experiences with shop software systems (such as Lightspeed, Magento or WordPress/WooCommerce) and interest in familiarising yourself with them
Basic understanding of web technologies and no fear of source code of web pages
Friendly, supportive, communicative, analytical, solution- and service-oriented personality, paired with a structured way of working and a keen interest in technical details and the capability to transfer your knowledge to our customers
Business fluent Dutch and English language skills are mandatory. Additional languages, especially German, are a plus.
