BMW Group in Munich invites ambitious interns to contribute to embodied AI research and robotic learning on the factory floor. You’ll work with state-of-the-art hardware and simulation to automate assembly tasks while collaborating with a small, passionate team.

Ideal candidates study robotics, CS or ECE and bring Python, ROS and PyTorch experience; strong English and German skills are required for daily collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Studies in robotics, computer science, electrical engineering or a related field.
• Experience with Python, ROS and PyTorch.
• Technical foundations in reinforcement learning, behavior cloning, deep learning, robot task planning, MDPs, MPC or teleoperation.
• Practical knowledge of simulation environments such as Isaac Sim or MuJoCo.
• Hands-on experience working with real or simulated manipulators.
• Contributions to scientific publications are a plus.
• Good German and English skills.
