As they continue to grow and expand their SAP SuccessFactors suite they are looking for a new SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to play a key part in shaping the roadmap and ensuring a successful implementation of SuccessFactors solutions. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with the lastest Cloud and S / 4HANA technologies as well as the chance to work 100% remotely in a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing requirements and translating them into effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP SuccessFactors with existing systems.
• Providing expert guidance on best practices in SAP HR and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) implementations.
• Conducting workshops and training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of SAP SuccessFactors functionalities.
• Supporting clients in SAP S / 4HANA migrations and enhancements related to SAP HR-HR.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ERP HCM, or SAP HCM development.
• Strong understanding of SAP Human Resources (SAP HR) modules and their functionalities.
• Experience with the implementation of Human Resources Information Systems.
• Proficient in project management and consulting practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills.
• Relevant certifications in SAP SuccessFactors or related areas would be advantageous.
