  4. Working hours: Monday - Sunday from 08:00 – 24:00
  5. Languages: Turkish (C2) and English (B2)
  6. Work type: inbound and outbound
  7. Salary: up to €2,500 gross/month

Responsibilities
  1. Handle customer enquiries and requests, responding according to need and situation.
  2. Communicate with customers via different channels (phone, mail, chat) to ensure an optimal customer experience.
  3. Use various tools and systems to identify and resolve customer issues, escalating when necessary.
  4. Maintain KPIs to support customer efficiency.
  5. Assist customers and users with technical enquiries and escalate concerns to the technical team when needed.
Qualifications
  1. Very good Turkish (C2) and good English (B2) skills in speech and writing.
  2. Service-oriented, communicative, and able to meet customers at eye level in a friendly manner.
  3. Confident in using a PC.
  4. Prior experience in service organization is desired.
  5. Familiar with social media and online advertising products/vendors.
  6. Ability to multitask & work under pressure.
  7. Fast learner, diligent worker.
  8. Provide background checks (education certificate, employment certificate, references).
  9. German resident.

Applicants from Saxony, Hesse, Saarland, and Hamburg cannot be considered, even with a secondary residence elsewhere.

Preferred Experience
  1. Experience in customer service.
  2. Online advertising experience is a plus.
