Your Tasks :
- Lead the HR Development, Culture, and Leadership organization at the country level, extending global rules with local standards, methods, and cultural considerations.
- Manage direct reports, including managers and employees, within the area of responsibility.
- Own the short to mid-term execution of the functional strategy and operational direction of the unit.
- Plan, manage, and develop service delivery according to objectives and KPIs at the country level.
- Contribute to budget definition for HR Development, Culture, and Leadership activities.
- Implement policies, frameworks, and processes; ensure understanding and adherence among stakeholders.
- Design and lead local HR Development, Culture, and Leadership programs; support global and country initiatives related to Learning & Organizational Development.
- Plan team activities to cover all stages and respond to requests.
- Identify risks, analyze them, and develop solutions for mitigation or removal.
- Actively seek and identify potential within the area of responsibility and offer consulting.
- Serve as the functional contact person for colleagues and stakeholders on specific topics.
- Act as the first point of contact at the country level for the field of activity.
- Monitor and guide the team in activities, problem-solving, achieving objectives, and task fulfillment.
- Define objectives, action plans, and responsibilities; provide instructions, monitor, and evaluate results.
- Identify training and development needs of team members; support their professional growth.
- Develop short to mid-term organizational development plans.
- Implement measures to improve team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, and change management.
- Maintain overall accountability for HR functions at the country/plant level, including Learning/Training, Talent Management, Culture, Change Management, and Leadership.
Your Skills :
- University Degree in HR Management, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
