You will support the design and coordination of training programs and contribute to building a culture of continuous learning alongside experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and logistics of training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives across the organization.
• Support design and development of learning materials including presentations, guides, and e-learning content.
• Help maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) content organization and updates.
• Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to support evaluation and improvement of programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop targeted learning solutions.
• Assist in tracking and reporting L&D metrics to measure impact and effectiveness.
