At BairesDev, a global tech company with 15+ years of experience, we are looking for a Learning & Development Young Professional to join our team. You will support the design and coordination of training programs and contribute to building a culture of continuous learning alongside experienced professionals.

This is a 100% remote opportunity offering excellent USD or local currency compensation, flexible hours, and access to mentorship and growth opportunities within a diverse global team.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in training, talent development, or instructional design.
• Creative, organized, and comfortable with digital tools and learning platforms.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Mansioni

• Assist in coordinating and logistics of training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives across the organization.
• Support design and development of learning materials including presentations, guides, and e-learning content.
• Help maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) content organization and updates.
• Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to support evaluation and improvement of programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop targeted learning solutions.
• Assist in tracking and reporting L&D metrics to measure impact and effectiveness.
