BairesDev in Bogotá is seeking a Young Professional – IT Recruiter to join our globally distributed team. You will support end-to-end recruitment, source candidates on job boards and LinkedIn, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

You will maintain candidate records in the ATS, collaborate with senior recruiters, and learn from experienced colleagues. This 100% remote role offers USD compensation, flexible hours, and opportunities for mentorship and career growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field — or currently pursuing one.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

What You'll Do:

• Support the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing to screening and interview coordination.

• Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate profiles and interest.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS, keeping data accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring teams to understand role requirements and refine search strategies.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field — or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
